[noct's got a bit planned for the morning—things that really just weren't easy to take care of with the trial and execution going on.
he gets a surprisingly early start (for him to go through unprompted, at least), heading out of his room and towards the hotel lobby. he's not really expecting any company, so when he sees jason along the way, he gives a bit of a tired wave and a:]

But, yeah. Not much of a verbal response here. Jason looks up from the book on his lap, halfway through turning the page, and gives him a nod of acknowledgement. It's not early for what Jason is used to, but... He fishes his rulebook and pen out, if only just to write:]
